Please note: due to the nature of the funding there are some areas in the country which are not eligible to join the programme. These are Objective 1 areas, i.e.: Merseyside, South Yorkshire, Cornwall, Wales, Scotland and the Isles of Scilly. Also if you work within the public sector you are not eligible to join the programme.
